Italian businessman Gianluca Cervara who thought his wife,Anna Zaiachkivska (former Miss Ukraine) had been kidnapped was shocked to find out on social media (instagram) that she wasn't kidnapped.He saw pictures of her with another man in five-star hotels

The 24 year old model claims she fled because her husband was physically abusive and didn't show her more care.She said he spat in her face during an argument. And that she was tired of living in a 'golden cage'

She stated also that she didn't disclose any of the issues to her parents

The billionaire is suing the model for breaking their prenuptial agreement and allegedly stealing E5,000 and a mobile phone from his home
